Machias, ME: Union Publishing Co., 1924. First Edition. Original Wraps. (Mirror of Maine, No. 46) Laid in postcard of Meddybemps (repaired), from George V. Greeley, "Give my regards to S. A. Smith." and addressed to Hon. William R. Pattengall. Smith was, of course, Pattengall's pseudonym (card dated 1937). Noted flaws notwithstanding, a nice copy of this rather scarce Maine classic. Fair in Wraps [Textblock Very Good+]. Light shelf/edge wear, front and rear wrap free (but present), both front and and rear shows tape marks, ffep free, light toning at preliminaries, else tight, bright and unmarred. Light rust wraps, black ink lettering. 12mo. 184pp. Laid in postcard. Item #6491
