The first comprehensive laws of the State of Maine with the rather uncommon third volume. A handsome set of this scarce and significant first statutory code for the state. Good+/Very Good. Light/moderate shelf wear, several small scuffs/dings, light wear at heads, light water staining involving a handful of pages in V.1, V.3 shows light cracking at spine, light toning to some leaves, one or two pages roughly opened, else tight, bright and unmarred.
