They were, effectively, similar to Modern Library...great works, nicely bound and presented. Overall, a handsome copy. Very Good. No DJ as Issued. Light shelf/edge wear, light rubbing, light toning at head and heel, several small moisture stains at top of text block, owner signature at ffep, else tight, bright and unmarred. Green cloth boards, gilt lettering, tipped in slip at ffep indicating it is Vol. 1 of the Unit Books. 12mo. 524pp [517-24 are descriptive/ad text for "Unit Books"]. 517-524. Item #5009
